• Strong experience in Heavy Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection works.
• Experience in mechanical construction and execution projects.
• Hands-on exposure to welding knowledge.
• Experience working with GA drawings, Shop drawings and multi-disciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise Structural steel fabrication, erection works.
• Coordinate with Engineering for timely inputs and coordinate with GCs and fabrication vendors.
• Be conversant with engineering drawings, GA drawings, Tekla Models and shop drawings for fabrication.
• Adhere to IS standards, AWS and ASME sections.
• Coordinate with Quality team to finalize welding processes, ITPs, stage inspections, ensuring design specification conformity.
• Adhere to safety requirements and norms, prepare work permits, work at height criteria.
• Take control over site and implement preventive measures for unsafe practices and violations.
• Prepare fabrication reports, monitor and control progress and escalations.
• Submit periodical reports to top management.

Qualification
