Job summary

Tecnicas Reunidas is seeking a Static Equipment Engineer with 10–15 years of power plant project experience to lead cross‑discipline teams and ensure design bases, procedures and specifications align with project scope.

You will evaluate team performance, provide training, and collaborate with process, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and piping engineers to deliver equipment specs, data sheets, and procurement quotes for reactors, columns, drums, and tanks.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in power plants projects.
• Familiar with international design codes for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and storage tanks.
• Directs and manages large projects with cross‑discipline coordination.
• Evaluates team performance and provides training.

Responsibilities

• Requistion Engineer
• Fully conversant with international design codes for pressure vessels, spheres heat exchangers and storage tanks
• ASME VIII Div.1 & Div.2, ASME II, AD2000, EN13445, PED2014 68 EU, API650 /620 & EN14015.
• Prepare and check equipment specifications and datasheets.
• Design and procurement of static equipment (such as Reactors, Columns, Drums, and tanks)
• Requisitioning and technical bid evaluation further clarifications meeting with Suppliers experience.
• Vendor documentation experience Interface with other specialists like process, civil, electrical, instrumentation and piping.
• Preparation and estimation of equipment loads and foundation load data.
• Finite Element analysis (FEA) experience is added advantage.

ROLE SUMMARY

• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of project design bases, procedures, specifications, and maintains excellent coordination across disciplines.
• Directs and manages large-scale projects effectively, overseeing a team of engineers to ensure productivity and adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Evaluates team members' performance, providing necessary training, resolving conflicts, and fostering professional growth.

TECHNICAL SKILL

• Knowledgeable with ASME VIII Div.1 & Div.2, ASME II, AD2000, EN13445, PED2014 68 EU, API650 /620 & EN14015.
• Experience with technical software (PV Elite, Compress & AMETANK).
• General Knowledge of 3D modelling and drafting software.
• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized institute
• 10 to 15 years Experience in the field of Power Plants.
