Acting as the on‑ground technical representative, the role ensures all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include inspections, contractor coordination, material verification, and progress monitoring, with a focus on quality assurance, timely execution, defect‑free installation, and effective communication between site teams, contractors, and the project management office.
