Job Purpose : The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within a program to ensure they align with the organization's strategic objectives, directing the project activities of the various functions involved. Projects are defined and directed by the SEF Management team functional leads in line with business requirements. This role involves managing resources, budgets, and timelines, as well as ensuring effective communication among required stakeholders.
