Job summary

UNO Digital Bank is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Manager / People Leader) to lead and oversee delivery across multiple initiatives within the PMO. You will act as a hands-on program leader and coach a team of Project Managers, ensuring executive alignment and on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will champion governance, risk management, and continuous improvement, while driving development of project management talent and maintaining audit readiness across programs.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with strong program leadership abilities.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple projects and teams.
• Experience in PMO governance, risk, and compliance practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• People management experience with coaching and development of PMs.

Responsibilities

• Build executive-level stakeholder alignment around strategic objectives, scope, and delivery plans.
• Deliver 90%+ of managed projects on time while keeping cross-project issues under 5% unresolved.
• Maintain RAID logs and report status to governance forums.
• Conduct quarterly compliance/governance reviews and promote the use of templates and tools.
• Coach monthly 1:1s with direct reports and develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Oversee program budgets and resource allocation to ensure value delivery.
