Job summary

Growth For Impact in Pune is seeking an experienced professional to ensure uninterrupted operation of automated production lines and to drive continuous improvement across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

You will troubleshoot PLC/DCS/SCADA/HMI/VFD networks, lead RCA/ CAPA activities, and push for higher OEE, productivity, and energy efficiency while safeguarding safety and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and industrial automation exposure.
• Troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Expertise in integrated mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Experience in OEE improvement and productivity enhancement.
• Knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, and VFD systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of automated production lines.
• Manage conveyors, shredders, compressors, ducting, dust collection, and utility systems.
• Operate and monitor PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, and VFD systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation breakdowns.
• Conduct RCA and CAPA activities.
• Improve OEE, productivity, throughput, and machine utilization.
• Drive line balancing and bottleneck elimination initiatives.
• Support installation, commissioning, and automation improvement projects.
• Implement productivity, energy-saving, and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and operational compliance.
