Role & responsibilities

Hands-on experience in Machine Maintenance, Plant Maintenance, and Infrastructure Maintenance within a manufacturing

environment.

• The candidate should possess strong expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, automation systems, electrical

maintenance, and utility management to ensure maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and safety compliance. Perform

preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines.

• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults in automated machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to motors, drives, sensors, encoders, HMIs, and control panels.
• Ensure machine availability and minimize downtime through effective maintenance planning.
• Maintain machine maintenance records and analyze recurring failures.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and modifications.
• Work extensively on PLCs such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta, or Schneider.
• Troubleshoot communication networks such as Profibus, ProfNet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and RS485.
• Handle VFDs, Servo Drives, SCADA, HMI systems, and industrial automation equipment.
• Support automation upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain plant electrical infrastructure including lighting systems, HT/LT installations, cable networks, and earthing systems.
• Oversee utility systems such as air compressors, chillers, HVAC, water pumps, fire alarm systems, and utility panels.
• Ensure compliance with statutory electrical safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company EHS policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance requirements.
• Participate in safety audits and maintenance inspections.
