About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take complete ownership of product strategy, execution, and growth for our climate-tech platform, and to set the bar for product thinking across the team.

You’ll work closely with founders, engineering, design, business, and operations to build scalable fintech and marketplace products that simplify carbon credit registration, issuance, trading, and reporting. Beyond owning your own product areas, you’ll shape product strategy at a company level, influence cross-functional priorities, and mentor other PMs as we scale.

This is ideal for a seasoned product leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a proven track record building successful B2B SaaS or fintech products.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Drive product discovery through deep understanding of customer pain points, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
Make high-stakes prioritization calls balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch to continuous iteration.

Product Development & Execution

Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, high-velocity product releases.
Create crisp PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and agile rituals.
Ensure timely delivery without compromising product quality or user experience.
Lead customer interviews, usability testing, and market research.
Analyze product usage, feedback, and key metrics to continuously improve performance.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in fintech, climate technology, carbon markets, and B2B SaaS.

Cross-functional Leadership

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to drive successful launches.
Own go-to-market strategy, pricing, positioning, and adoption initiatives for your product areas.
Present product strategy and recommendations directly to leadership and founders.
Mentor and level up junior PMs; contribute to product processes and culture.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics.
Leverage analytics to optimize user journeys, adoption, and business outcomes.
Drive a culture of experimentation and evidence-based decisions.

Mandatory Requirements

8+ years of Product Management experience , including senior ownership of major product areas.
Graduate from IIT or MBA from IIM (Mandatory).
Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment (Mandatory).
Hands-on experience building Fintech products (Mandatory).
Strong experience with B2B SaaS products and product-led development.
Proven track record of owning products from concept to scale.
Excellent command of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and executive-level presentation abilities.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with marketplaces, exchanges, payments, trading platforms, or financial products.
Exposure to Climate Tech, Carbon Markets, ESG, Sustainability, or Renewable Energy.
Familiarity with APIs, data platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar).
Understanding of AI-enabled products or workflow automation.
