Job summary

Sustainiam is seeking an HR professional to own end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations from onboarding to employee engagement. You will partner with managers to fill roles across levels, negotiate offers, and manage candidate experiences.

The role requires a Master's/MBA in HR and at least 1.5 years of HR experience with hands-on recruitment ownership, plus strong communication and MS Office skills. On-site work and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with the confidence to engage senior candidates and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close offers.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong on follow-up.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High integrity in handling confidential information.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and eager to learn.

• Own the candidate experience with clear, timely communication at every stage.
• Handle employee onboarding and support a smooth integration into the organization.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events and team-building initiatives.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support general HR administration and office coordination as required.
