Job summary

Sustainiam in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Product Intern to join their product team. As an intern, you will work on building fintech and climate-tech products while gaining hands-on experience in product management. About the Role

We're looking for a Product Intern to support our product team across discovery, execution, and analysis for our climate-tech platform.

Working closely with experienced PMs, engineering, design, and business teams, you'll help build scalable fintech and marketplace products that simplify carbon credit registration, issuance, trading, and reporting. This is a hands‑on learning role: you'll contribute to real product work, develop core PM skills, and see how products go from idea to launch in a fast‑paced startup.

Ideal for someone curious, analytical, and eager to break into product management in a high‑impact, mission‑driven environment.

What You'll Do

Product Discovery & Research

• Support customer interviews, usability testing, and market research.
• Research market trends and the competitive landscape in fintech, climate tech, and B2B SaaS.
• Help translate customer pain points into clear problem statements.

Execution Support

• Assist PMs in writing PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Help with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and tracking delivery.
• Coordinate between Engineering and Design (UI/UX) to keep features moving, and help shape user flows and product requirements.

Data & Insights

• Analyse product usage, customer feedback, and key metrics.
• Help define and track product KPIs and success metrics.
• Turn data into clear insights and recommendations for the team.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations on launches and adoption.
• Prepare product updates, decks, and documentation for the team and leadership.

Who We're Looking For

Mandatory

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from Tier 1 College.
• IIT, NIT, or IIM candidates preferred.
• Available for a full‑time, 6‑month, in‑office internship in Noida.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in product management, fintech, and climate tech.
• Self‑starter with a bias for action who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Prior internship or project experience in product, consulting, analytics, or a startup.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4) or basic understanding of APIs/dashboards.
• Interest in AI‑enabled products or workflow automation.
