Job summary

Oberoi Realty Ltd seeks a Senior Executive Procurement to manage end-to-end procurement for MEP and real estate projects in Maharashtra. The role involves RFQ/RFP processes, quotation evaluation, and commercial negotiations to support timely PO issuance.

You will coordinate with design, site, stores, and accounts teams, ensuring compliance and efficient documentary practices. Prior SAP/MM experience is essential.

Responsibilities

Job Description: Senior Executive Procurement

• Handle end-to-end procurement process from PR to PO.
• Float RFQs/RFPs to approved vendors.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations.
• Prepare Costing Sheets & Comparative Statements (CS) for commercial evaluation.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial
• conditions.
• Issue Contract Note (CNs) through Laserfiche
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) through SAP/ERP.
• Ensure timely conversion of PRs into POs.

Categories to Handle

• Plumbing: Pipes & Fittings (CPVC, UPVC, GI, MS, CI), Valves, Water Treatment Systems (RO, ETP, Softener, Bottling Plant) - SITC & AMC, Water Tanks (FRP, RCC, SMC, PVC), Fire-Fighting Materials & Accessories, Water Purifiers & Dispensers (Supply & AMC).
• Mechanical: Drain Channels, Covers & Gratings (FRP, DI, Polymer Concrete, MS, CI, SS), Swimming Pool Systems & Accessories (SITC & AMC), GI/MS Dummy & Puddle Flanges, Water, Air & Food Testing Services (Rate Contracts).
• Operations & Marketing: Floral Arrangements, Fragrance Solutions (Supply & Rate Contracts for Malls/CEC), Loyalty Program (AMC).

Coordination

• Liaise with MEP Design Team.
• Coordinate with site teams for technical specifications & executions
• Work closely with Project Execution teams.
• Coordinate with Stores for material receipts.
• Coordinate with Accounts for invoice processing.
• Coordinate with CCPS team for timely PO Creation
• Coordinate with vendor for timely submission of quotes

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain procurement records.
• Track procurement status against project schedules.
• Maintain vendor database.
• Prepare monthly procurement material status

Compliance

• Ensure procurement follows company policies.
• Maintain complete audit documentation.
• Ensure commercial compliance before PO release.
• Adhere to ethical procurement practices.

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement, including RFQ management, bid evaluation, commercial negotiations, comparative statements, contract finalization, PO issuance, and vendor management.
