Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Process Lead with 4–10 years in Supply Chain Management. The role requires strong communication with internal and external stakeholders and hands-on expertise across logistics, warehousing, and planning functions.

Ideal candidates will be familiar with Global Trade documentation, SAP HANA/ECC 7.0, and able to work office-based in shifts. Mumbai candidates are discouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post graduate with relevant degree in Supply Chain Management.
• 4–10 years of experience in SCM with strong stakeholder communication.
• Experience across Logistics & Warehousing, Control Tower, and Demand Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCM activities with 7–10 years of hands-on experience.
• Handle Logistics & Warehousing, Control Tower, and Global Trade documentation.
• Participate in Forecasting and Demand Planning processes.
• Engage with logistics providers, manufacturers, and retailers across shifts.
