• Supervise, hire, and train employees; manage quality assurance programs; strategize process improvements.
• Oversee all aspects of Recruitment cycle, including evaluating resumes and interviewing candidates across stages of hiring funnel.
• Recruit senior level, high-demand profiles per business needs.
• Monitor ongoing hiring processes and provide timely updates to improve internal communication and candidate experience.
• Manage talent pool for new positions by maintaining ATS and organizing candidates.
• Knowledge of recruitment principles, selection, training, compensation and personnel information systems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support transformation and automation projects.
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment operations methodologies and industry trends.
• Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership and coordination.
• Escalation management and candidate experience optimization.
