Responsibilities

• Manage full order lifecycle from entry to invoicing, including modifiers, holds, and renewals.
• Address customer queries and concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Proactively resolve issues to prevent escalations and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Ensure transactions meet quality standards with adherence to policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing with attention to invoicing details.
• Engage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Adhere to internal processes, quality guidelines and SLAs.
• Work with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office to manage documentation.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and better customer experience.
• Be adaptable to shifts to provide 24/7 operational support.
