Job summary

MYSORE, Infosys BPM Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Process Executive with 1-5 years of experience. The role requires strong communication, ticketing-tool proficiency, and the ability to work in a 24x7 office environment.

Primary duties include handling client issues via calls/chats/emails, using ServiceNow/Remedy/Control-M, and supporting OS, networking, and cloud concepts. Training programs and US shift timing are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chats/emails.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Control-M.
• Knowledge of operating systems, networking and cloud basics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Attend/resolve client issues on calls/chats/emails with strong communication.
• Utilize ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, and Control-M as needed.
• Resolve queries using voice skills for VPN, O365, drivers, and Active Directory.
• Provide general support across OS platforms and basic networking/cloud concepts.
• Work 24x7 with 100% WFO, adhering to client training and shift requirements.
• Demonstrate analytical problem-solving to own and resolve issues efficiently.
• Be proactive and respect customer time with effective time management.
• Maintain productivity using Microsoft Office tools.
