Armstrong Robotics & Technologies in Nashik is seeking a PMO/Project Management professional to conduct audits, monitor governance, and drive portfolio analytics across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in PMO, a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, and hands-on experience with MS Project, Advanced Excel, and Power BI; PMP is a plus. Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct project audits and periodic health checks covering scope, schedule, cost, risks, and governance.
• Identify non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and track corrective actions to closure.
• Monitor compliance with project management methodologies, standards, templates, and processes.
• Develop and maintain project governance dashboards, MIS reports, and portfolio analytics.
• Analyse project data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Automate recurring reports wherever feasible.
• Present project governance status, risks, and compliance updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and issue escalation.
• Improve audit methodologies, checklists, templates, and reporting processes.
