Job summary

Qualifications

• PMO governance and program management experience.
• Expertise in project planning, RAID management and executive reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting and resource management knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet or similar planning tools.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid delivery methods.

• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies and resource plans.
• Manage RAID logs, change controls, escalations and action trackers.
• Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee packs and performance reports.
• Track budgets, forecasts, invoicing, costs and variance analysis.
• Drive resource capacity, utilization and allocation planning.
• Coordinate quality reviews, audits and compliance reporting.
• Manage senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.
• Lead and develop PMO analysts and team members.

• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and team leadership skills.
• Experience working with Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or P3O certification is an advantage, but not mandatory.
