Job summary

Quantiphi Analytics Solutions in Mumbai invites a PMO Analyst with 1-4 years of experience to join our project delivery team. The role focuses on resource management, financial tracking, and data-driven reporting to support executive decisions.

Qualifications

Role: PMO Analyst

Experience Level: 1 - 4 Years

Work location: Mumbai, Malad (W)

Responsibilities:

• Resource Management: Lead the resource management function, handling both internal allocations and external hiring. Manage the demand and supply of resources to ensure optimal allocation.
• Financial Management: Revenue (Forecasting & Accruals) Management, Invoice creation & tracking, UR & AR Tracking,
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports for senior management, summarizing key functional metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Ensure accurate preparation of resource management reports, demand/supply forecasts, and other critical business metrics.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, ensuring alignment of business goals and project delivery.
• Data Management & Quality Monitoring: Monitor data quality across processes and ensure the highest standards are maintained. Lead data governance initiatives and ensure all reporting is accurate and actionable.
• Project Coordination & Strategy Design: Coordinate across departments to design and implement strategies for various business operation projects. Ensure seamless collaboration between internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly.
• Delivery Lifecycle Management & Compliance: Risk / Mitigation Track, Quality Assurance Compliance, Running Delivery Reviews with delivery leader, Margin Tracking
• Ad-Hoc Support & Stakeholder Management: Handle ad-hoc requests and provide timely responses to stakeholders. Proactively manage project expectations and ensure all deliverables are met on time.

Must have skills/ knowledge:

• Possesses strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Extensive experience with Google Sheets and Excel; proficiency in Google Sheets is an added advantage
• Any CRM Tool experience. Workday is added advantage
• End-to-end resource management and fulfillment.

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail
