Job summary

Quantiphi Analytics Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support operations and professional services delivery. This ground-level role focuses on profiling, interview coordination, data collection, trackers, and reporting to keep the fulfilment engine running across offshore teams.

You will collaborate with delivery operations, manage dashboards, track hours and resource allocation, and help with onboarding, billing validation and ad-hoc data requests.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination or professional services support.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support time zone overlap with US/Europe teams.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing track.

JOB LOCATION: Mumbai, Bangalore EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 2-5 years of experience JOB ROLE -Senior Business Analyst

This is a ground level execution role supporting our professional services delivery operations offshore. You will work closely with the Senior Delivery Operations Analyst to manage the day to day activities that keep the fulfilment engine running - From profile preparation and interview co-ordination to data collection, tracker maintenance and reporting. Roles and Responsibilities:

Demand & Resource Fulfilment Support

• Support tracking and management of resource requests
• Prepare profiles in the required format and coordinate with resources on gaps
• Track profile submission status via partner portal and internal trackers
• Monitor and follow up on review comments from client portal and internal channels
• Support interview scheduling and logistics coordination
• Attend interviews, capture notes and share feedback on time
• Support demand validation by collecting missing information and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Hiring, Governance & Onboarding

• Coordinate background check attestation, security questionnaires and partner portal access
• Support internal onboarding calls and align start dates and hours
• Track compliance and onboarding completion for all new resources

Project Operations & Financial Support

• project creation, resource allocation and timesheet tracking on Workday
• Assist with billing validation and invoice coordination
• Track resource allocation changes and utilisation updates

Reporting, Dashboarding & Data Collection

• Collect and maintain daily and weekly hours burndown data from resources and client teams
• Support preparation of weekly project health slides and biweekly delivery reports
• Maintain delivery dashboards with up-to-date fulfilment and pipeline data
• Keep trackers and portal data accurate and current at all times
• Ensure operational trackers, dashboards and portal data remain accurate, complete and audit-ready.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests from the senior analyst and leadership

Must-Have Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, project coordination or professional services support
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail — keeps trackers clean and nothing falls through the gaps
• Good verbal and written communication skills — comfortable following up with multiple stakeholders professionally
• Ability to work flexible hours to support time zone overlap with US and European teams
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing track
• Proactive — flags issues early and does not wait to be chased
• Fast learner who picks up new tools and processes quickly
• Basic understanding of resource management, project coordination or delivery operations processes.
