Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business teams, and project teams.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and governance records.
• Monitor budgets, resource utilization, and project progress.
• Facilitate governance meetings and action item follow-ups.
• Ensure timely reporting and communication of project status.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within PMO functions.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator to support project governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project tracking activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in project reporting, dashboard preparation, MIS reporting, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support project managers in project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business teams, and project teams.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and governance records.
• Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and project progress.
• Facilitate governance meetings and follow up on action items.
• Ensure timely reporting and communication of project status.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Project Support roles.
• Strong experience in project reporting, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting).
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Exposure to Jira, MS Project, or other project tracking tools.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project financial tracking and resource management.
• PMP/Prince2 certification (good to have).
• Exposure to project governance and portfolio reporting.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
