Job summary

Brain Pool Consultant is seeking a Project Manager with a Civil/Mechanical/EXTC/Electrical background to design detailed project schedules and cost estimates. You will use MS Project or comparable tools, loading resources and tracking milestones across Level 1 to Level 4 plans.

Experience in MS Project, Primavera P6 and AutoCAD is essential, with strong emphasis on resource allocation and cost management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or EXTC/Electrical, with optional M.Tech/NICMAR.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6 and AutoCAD is required.
• Strong skills in milestone planning, resource allocation and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules (Level L1 to L4) with resource loading.
• Estimate costs using MS Project or similar tools and manage milestones.
• Coordinate resources and monitor cost control throughout projects.
