Job summary

Leighton Asia Limited is seeking a Senior Project Planner with extensive experience in large-scale data centre projects to ensure high-standard planning and programming. The role emphasises accurate scheduling to drive timely project execution while minimizing commercial exposure.

Candidates should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering and have at least 15 years of planning experience in data centre environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of planning processes, tools etc. with a good hold in Primavera P6.
• Knowledge stakeholder management, conflict resolution
• Knowledge of risk management
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and different types of formworks.
• Good understanding of Indian forms of Contract
• Proficient in the use of various delay and disruption analysis techniques and experience in preparation of EOT Claim.
