Job summary

PeopleStrong invites a Planning Engineer to join our Chennai project team. You will develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MSP, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time execution of E&M and other EPC activities.

Candidates should have 3–6 years of planning experience in EPC/construction, a B.Tech/B.E. degree, and strong communication skills to support project reviews and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MSP.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams to prepare and maintain integrated project schedules.
• Track project progress, identify schedule deviations, and support recovery planning.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and schedule analyses for project management.
• Support resource planning and monitor key project milestones.
• Participate in project review meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve planning-related issues.
