Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Own campaign performance across metrics like ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversions, revenue.
• Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently across platforms, campaigns, audiences, and creatives.
• Conduct keyword and audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Collaborate with creative/content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Set up tracking, pixels, events, and attribution with relevant teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with stakeholders/clients.

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and overall performance marketing growth.

The ideal candidate comes from a digital marketing agency background, has managed multiple campaigns/accounts across industries, and has experience leading or mentoring a performance marketing team. This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking and execution are equally important.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Own campaign performance across key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.
• Develop and execute paid media strategies based on business and growth objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spends across platforms, campaigns, audiences, and creatives.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Continuously analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copies, and landing-page requirements.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign attribution in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights, learnings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders/clients.
• Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, attribution, tracking, and performance marketing trends.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior performance marketers and help improve team processes and campaign execution.
• Review team campaigns, provide strategic inputs, and ensure performance targets are met.
• Handle multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and performance.
