We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, analyze campaign data, and make strategic decisions to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in performance marketing, and a passion for data-driven growth strategies.

• Create and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.

• Proven expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads campaign execution and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
