Job summary

Peoplelogic Business Solutions is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Leader in Puducherry, India, to drive end-to-end retail performance and market share growth.

You will spearhead primary, secondary and tertiary sales, manage distributors and franchisees, and coordinate store renovations while ensuring SOP adherence and customer experience excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in retail sales or equivalent roles.
• Experience in store operations, franchisee collaboration and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end retail performance for the assigned region.
• Grow primary, secondary and tertiary sales through strategic initiatives.

Job description

• Responsible to drive end to end Retail performance at the assigned region, increase market share by development strategic plan to achieve sales target.
• Accountable to drive primary sales, secondary and tertiary sales by focused approach to improve L2L sales, volume growth and will be responsible for distributor management.
• Franchisee management at the given territory and adherence to franchisee SOP.
• Strategize to enhance the sales of key style categories as per the target, monitoring order fill rates, new styles penetration in the assigned region.
• Store renovation, consistency in the store breakeven performance and coordination with project team.
• New initiative or project coordination, endure to increase adoption rates of any new applications at respective partners.
• Enforcing companys policies and adherence of SOPs. Regular visits to stores to assess the same.
• Learning and development initiative monitor the training of the store staffs as per training calendar.
• Coordination with HO team on target vs achievement analysis.
• Reviewing of customer feedback and store rating to improve customer experience at stores.
• Master data management and analysing, monitoring of sales performance, inventory levels of respective region.
• Cross functional coordination and addressing franchisee queries.

Requirement:
