Job summary

Peoplelogic Business Solutions in Bangalore seeks an Area Retail Executive Operations for Retail EBOs. You will drive retail operations across the assigned geographical area, enhance store productivity and customer satisfaction while pushing like-for-like sales growth at the stores.

The role requires 4–6 years in sales with knowledge of retail management. Regular store visits, adherence to SOPs, data management on sales and forecasting, and coordination with cross-functional teams to address

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing tertiary sales of the Stores.
• Regular store visits to assess and address any operational or performance issues to provide support and guidance to store managers.
• Enhancing Category wise performance, monitoring order fill rates, new styles penetration in the assigned stores.
• Adherence to store SOPs across stores & order tool
• Coordination on target vs achievement status.
• Franchisee payment as per policy.
• Implementation of new retail identity and coordination with cross functional team.
• Reviewing of customer feedback and action thereon.
• Complete master data management on sales, merchandise, and sales forecasting.
• Cross channels follow up for addressing retailer queries.
