You will monitor housekeeping, technical, security, and other services, manage manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and workforce management, and focus on client satisfaction, service quality, SLA compliance, and cost control.

• Prepare and review operational reports, MIS, and performance reports.
• Control operational costs and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Handle client complaints, escalations, and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews.
• Support business growth, renewals, and new project mobilization.
