Job summary

Stepup Consultancy is seeking a skilled operations professional in Uttar Pradesh to coordinate stock planning, oversee order processing, and manage escalations across inventory, logistics, and customer service. You will ensure inventory accuracy, monitor KPIs, and align with SOPs to support growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates excel in Excel, have strong communication, and can manage multiple projects with stakeholders across brands and logistics partners in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of E-commerce, Q-commerce, Stock Planning, Po Management, and Supply Chain Operations.
• Advanced MS Excel and Reporting skills.
• Team handling and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Brands teams for stock planning, replenishment.
• Monitor order processing, and delivery performance.
• Handle escalations related to orders, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
• Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and periodic stock audits.
• Maintain operational KPIs and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers and logistics partners.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Support senior management in strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
