Job summary

Katalysst Cpg is seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to own end-to-end stock planning across multiple SKUs in Bengaluru. You will track regional availability, drive replenishment strategies, and work with warehouse, procurement and logistics to ensure smooth supply chains.

The role requires strong Excel skills, deep experience in inventory management and e-commerce operations, especially on Amazon, and a data-driven approach in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inventory management / supply chain / e-commerce operations.
• Strong experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Solid understanding of regional inventory planning & replenishment.
• Advanced Excel skills (must-have): VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Data handling & reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute replenishment strategies based on demand trends
• Manage product replication and inbounding on e-commerce platforms (especially Amazon)
• Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to keep supply smooth
• Identify stock risks (overstock / stockouts) and take proactive action
• Turn data into insights to improve supply chain efficiency

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in inventory management / supply chain / e-commerce operations
• Strong experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms
• Solid understanding of regional inventory planning & replenishment
