Job summary

Alivus Life Sciences in Mumbai is seeking an export/logistics coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination with CHAs, airlines, freight forwarders and transporters, while handling temperature‑sensitive pharmaceutical products. The role includes DGFT licensing, export responsibilities, and SAP order processing.

You will also manage freight sourcing via reverse auctions, Freight MIS, and compliance documentation for pre and post export activities, RoDTEP incentives, and duty drawback settlements.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day coordination with CHAs / Airlines/ freight forwarding agents/ Transporters.
  • Handling temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals products
  • Licencing with DGFT
  • Export of temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals products
  • Punching of Sales orders/ Delivery orders in SAP/ S4 HANA
  • Floating of Air and sea freight enquires on reverse auction platform & closing of freight deals.
  • Freight MIS
  • Re-import & re-export.
  • Pre & post export documentations.
  • Application / monitoring / closure of Advance Authorization.
  • Application / monitoring / utilization of RoDTEP export incentives.
  • Application / monitoring of DUTY Drawback claims settlements.
  • Proficient in Excel Skills
