Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India is seeking an Export Incentive and Logistics Specialist to manage export incentive schemes (Advance Licence/Advance Authorization, DBK, RoDTEP), document claims, and maintain records.

You will coordinate with DGFT, customs, CHA, handle export documentation, SAP/ERP data, and ensure timely shipment and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in export operations within Pharma / Chemical / Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Advance Licence / Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback (DBK), RoDTEP, and export compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle export incentive schemes such as Advance Licence / Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback (DBK), and RoDTEP.
• Prepare and submit documentation required for export incentive claims and ensure timely filing.
• Maintain accurate records of export benefits and track claim status.
• Coordinate with DGFT authorities, customs, and CHA for incentive processing and compliance.
• Prepare and verify pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation including shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, VGM declaration, and other regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters for export shipments.
• Manage coordination with transporters for cargo movement from plant to port, vendor bill booking, service entry, and monthly reconciliation related to logistics services.

Role & responsibilities:

Export Incentive Management

• Handle export incentive schemes such as Advance Licence / Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback (DBK), and RoDTEP.
• Prepare and submit documentation required for export incentive claims and ensure timely filing.
• Maintain accurate records of export benefits and track claim status.
• Coordinate with DGFT authorities, customs, and CHA for incentive processing and compliance.

Export Documentation

• Prepare and verify pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation including shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, VGM declaration, and other regulatory documents.
• Ensure commercial export documents are dispatched to customers and stakeholders within timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation records for audits and regulatory purposes.

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters for export shipments.
• Plan dispatch schedules as per production and sales requirements.
• Track shipment movement and provide status updates to internal teams and customers.

Vendor & Transport Management

• Manage coordination with transporters for cargo movement from plant to port.
• Handle vendor bill booking, service entry, and monthly reconciliation related to logistics services.
• Support contract management with transporters and CHA.

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with supply chain, regulatory, production, and sales teams for export order execution.
• Manage export order entries and shipment tracking in SAP / ERP systems.
• Maintain export shipment data and generate reports related to export incentives and logistics.

Required Qualifications
