Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) invites an experienced Senior Occupancy Planner to lead strategic occupancy planning for client portfolios in Bengaluru. You will analyze space supply, demand, and migration scenarios, shaping outcomes with clear data-driven recommendations.

Role requires advanced Excel, CAFM/IWMS experience (TRIRIGA preferred), and strong stakeholder management with excellent communication and presentation skills.

What this job involves:

As a Senior Occupancy Planner , you will provide strategic occupancy planning expertise for our client's portfolio. This position is responsible for leveraging a deep understanding of our client’s space supply and demand to develop effective scenarios and occupancy plans. You will contribute directly to JLL's mission of shaping the future of real estate for a better world by creating rewarding opportunities and amazing spaces for our clients.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Support the planning and management of client portfolios to maximize space utilization. Foster critical relationships between individuals and organizations, managing stakeholder expectations across multiple levels. Prepare and update project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand and forecast inventory changes. Assist clients with their migration plans, as well as group and individual moves. Utilize business knowledge and critical thinking to analyze complex data and support strategic Corporate Real Estate decision-making. Consolidate data and floor plans into clear PowerPoint presentations for client support. Communicate clearly and effectively with various organizational levels through strong verbal and written skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in occupancy planning tools and methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and complex calculations.
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS software, preferably TRIRIGA Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to problem analysis.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with an ability to build positive working relationships across organizational levels.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numerical data and spatial concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A proactive and innovative mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency across the full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with reading and understanding floor plans.
• A positive attitude toward change and the ability to adapt to new processes.
• Experience working effectively and collaboratively with diverse team members.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is highly preferred to support stakeholder engagement and business operations across the Greater China region Given the scope of support for the Greater China Group (GCG) business, the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese will be a significant advantage and will help facilitate engagement with regional stakeholders.
