JLL in remote India is seeking an experienced Occupancy Planner to optimise client real estate portfolios through data-driven space planning and occupancy management.

You will liaise with client CRE leadership and JLL teams across time zones, deliver space utilisation insights, audits, test-fit scenarios in AutoCAD, and drive migration sequencing strategies.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, CAFM/IWMS familiarity, and the ability to work across global teams are required.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate environments with focus on strategic space or occupancy planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or related field.
• Technical skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and PowerPoint.

• Data Management & Reporting: deliver monthly space utilisation reports and maintain current space data across the portfolio.
• Space Planning & Strategy: gather requirements, develop space plans, test-fit scenarios using AutoCAD.
• Stakeholder Coordination: communicate with client CRE leadership and JLL account management; present findings clearly.
