• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numerical data and spatial concepts.

What this job involves:

As a Senior Occupancy Planner , you will provide strategic occupancy planning expertise for our client’s portfolio. This position is responsible for leveraging a deep understanding of our client’s space supply and demand to develop effective scenarios and occupancy plans. You will contribute directly to JLL’s mission of shaping the future of real estate for a better world by creating rewarding opportunities and amazing spaces for our clients.

• Experience working effectively and collaboratively with diverse team members.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is highly preferred to support stakeholder engagement and business operations across the Greater China region

Given the scope of support for the Greater China Group (GCG) business, the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese will be a significant advantage and will help facilitate engagement with regional stakeholders.
