Job summary

Multi Recruit is seeking a proactive Non-IT Recruiter with strong recruitment and client handling experience for startup/SME clients. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse Non-IT roles, handling multiple requirements with a focus on timely closures and strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires 4+ years in Non-IT recruitment, with preference for those who have worked in service-based recruitment. You will report to the Recruitment Manager as an Individual Contributor.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Experience working with startup/SME clients.
• Product and service-based recruitment experience is an added advantage.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT roles.
• Manage 3–4 requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
• Handle client communication, requirement understanding, candidate submissions, interviews, and feedback.
• Independently manage assigned clients and recruitment mandates.
• Build strong client and candidate relationships.
• Work with minimal supervision and take complete ownership of requirements.

We are looking for a smart, proactive Non-IT Recruiter with strong recruitment and client handling experience. The candidate should have experience working with startup/SME clients, preferably in a service-based recruitment/staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT roles.
• Manage 3–4 requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
• Handle client communication, requirement understanding, candidate submissions, interviews, and feedback.
• Independently manage assigned clients and recruitment mandates.
• Build strong client and candidate relationships.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Experience working with startup/SME clients.
• Product and Service-based client/recruitment experience is an added advantage.
• Experience hiring for Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Business Development roles is preferred.
• Experience handling volume hiring as well as niche Non-IT positions is preferred.
• Strong client handling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and independently manage multiple requirements.
