Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in network security and firewall domains.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major firewall platform (Palo Alto / Fortigate / Check Point / Cisco ASA).
• Strong troubleshooting in switching and routing (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP basics).
• Experience in packet capture analysis and traffic flow understanding.
• Experience in NAT, VPN (IPSec/SSL), and security policy implementations.

Responsibilities

• Handle advanced troubleshooting for firewall and network security issues.
• Perform switching and routing troubleshooting (L2/L3).
• Analyze logs, traffic, and security incidents across multi-vendor environments.
• Perform packet capture analysis using Wireshark/tcpdump.
• Configure and manage NAT, VPN, and security policies.
• Handle escalations from L1 and ensure timely resolution.
• Work directly with customers for issue resolution and updates.
