Job summary

Two95 International Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a Sr Network Engineer/Lead Network Engineer to manage the global network infrastructure across APAC, EMEA and North America.

You will lead incident and change processes, optimize LAN/WAN/WLAN and data center networks, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams on upgrades and migrations. The role requires CCNP and strong Palo Alto, SD‑WAN expertise, and experience in financial services environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in global enterprise network operations.
• Palo Alto Firewalls, Prisma SD-WAN / SilverPeak SD-WAN, Cisco Catalyst, Meraki experience.
• CCNA/CCNP mandatory; CCIE preferred; Palo Alto PCNSE/PCNSA; Aruba ACMP/ACMA; ITIL Foundation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support global network infrastructure across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Palo Alto Firewalls, SD-WAN, Cisco and Meraki networks.
• Administer LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks; implement incident, problem, and change management.
• Review and execute Change Requests with minimal business disruption; lead upgrades and migrations.
• Manage firewall rules, security policies, and VPN tunnels; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers; document network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

Title: Sr Network Engineer/ Lead Network Engineer

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Duration: Full time

Salary: 18-20LPA(INR).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the globalnetwork infrastructure, covering offices across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting forPalo Alto Firewalls, Prisma SD-WAN, SilverPeak, Cisco Catalyst, and Meraki networks.
• Administer and optimizeLAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networkcomponents.
• Performincident, problem, and change managementaligned with ITIL best practices.
• Review and executeChange Requests (CRs), ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Work closely with global teams to implementnetwork upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Managefirewall rules, security policies, and VPN tunnels, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Supportwireless networks (Meraki, Aruba)and troubleshoot access-related issues.
• Ensurenetwork monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, providingtechnical guidance and escalation support.
• Document network diagrams, configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate inon-call and rotational shift support (24x7 operations).

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ yearsof hands-on experience in global enterprise network operations.
• Strong expertise in:
• Palo Alto Firewalls(security policies, Panorama, VPNs).
• Prisma SD-WAN / SilverPeak SD-WAN(deployment, operations, troubleshooting).
• Cisco Catalyst switches(layer 2/3 configuration, routing protocols, QoS).
• Cisco Meraki switches and access points(cloud-managed operations).
• Wireless technologies,includingAruba APs.
• Strong knowledge ofrouting, switching, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VPN, VLANs, QoS, NAT, ACLs.
• Familiar withnetwork monitoring tools(e.g., LogicMonitor, PRTG, SolarWinds, or equivalent).
• Experience withfirewall rule reviews, policy audits, and security compliance.
• Experience working infinancial services/investment banking(preferred).
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across global teams.
