JOB DESCRIPTION: Snr Mgr. MARKETING

We are seeking a visionary and result-oriented Snr Manager of Modern Trade to lead our strategic growth across Indias organized retail landscape. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for steering our brand's presence in key accounts such as Reliance, D Mart, and other major hypermarkets/supermarkets. Managing P&L, negotiating Terms of Trade (TOT), and driving in-store visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and brand visibility across large-scale retail outlets (supermarkets/hypermarkets) by developing go-to-market strategies, managing key accounts, and optimizing in-store, promotional, and shopper marketing.
• Strong demand in FMCG, retail, and consumer goods sectors.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies that drive business results.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
• Executing in-store promotions, merchandising, and launching shopper marketing campaigns to increase brand presence.
