Role Description

The Senior Meta Ads Expert will lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns to achieve performance and brand objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include audience research, campaign setup, ad copy and creative collaboration, budget allocation, bid strategy management, and ongoing performance monitoring. The role involves analyzing data, generating insights, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI and meet client KPIs, while coordinating closely with internal teams and stakeholders. The Senior Meta Ads Expert will also stay current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends, and mentor junior team members on Meta advertising standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads campaign strategy, audience targeting, bid optimization, and budget management.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and event setup.
• Solid skills in performance analysis, A/B testing, data interpretation, and reporting using analytics tools.
• Experience collaborating on ad creatives, copywriting for paid campaigns, and aligning messaging with brand guidelines.
• Background in digital marketing channels such as SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, handle multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in Meta Ads or digital marketing are preferred.
