Job summary

AdyGuru is seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to scale D2C and ecommerce brands. You will drive ROI through advanced performance marketing, manage budgets, and optimize full‑funnel campaigns on Meta platforms.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience, a strong track record with ROAS, and hands-on management of large ad spends. Jaipur-based, immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads / performance marketing experience.
• Experience with D2C or e-commerce brands preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to read ROAS, CPA, CTR and funnel metrics.
• Proficient in Meta Pixel, CAPI, UTM tracking, and attribution setups.
• Excellent client reporting and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns for lead gen, sales, and ecommerce.
• Scale D2C/e‑commerce brands while optimizing ROAS and CPA/CPL.
• Structure cold, warm, and retargeting campaigns across accounts.
• Provide daily/weekly reporting and strategic insights to clients.
• Maintain pixel and tracking setup, including CAPI integration.

Meta Ads Expert (Performance Marketing) — D2C & E-commerce

At AdyGuru, we're looking for a results‑driven Performance Marketing/Meta Ads Expert who can scale D2C and e‑commerce brands, deliver real ROI, and drive business growth—not just run ads.

Location: Gokulpura, Near Kalwar Road, Jaipur

Experience: 3–5 Years

CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Based on Experience)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Performance Marketing / Meta Ads experience, ideally with D2C or e‑commerce brands
• Managed ₹1 Cr+ ad spend across lead generation, sales, and e‑commerce conversion campaigns
• Strong in D2C sales funnels — Cold, Warm & Retargeting campaign structuring
• Proven track record of scaling e‑commerce ROAS and lowering CPA/CPL
• Expertise in campaign scaling & budget optimization across multiple ad accounts
• Solid knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and full‑funnel tracking for e‑commerce/Shopify or D2C websites
• Daily 30-minute reporting of all Meta Ads accounts is mandatory, including on Sundays, holidays, and leave days when required.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Campaign, Ad Set & Ad‑level optimization)
• Experience handling multiple D2C/e‑commerce sales campaigns simultaneously
• Understanding of catalog/dynamic product ads, retargeting, and customer LTV‑driven strategy
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills — comfortable reading ROAS, CPA, CTR, and funnel drop-offs
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking, and attribution setup
• Excellent communication and client/founder reporting skills
• Bonus: exposure to Google Ads or cross‑channel performance marketing
