Job summary

SSG in Indore is hiring a Meta Ads Expert to lead planning, launch, and optimization of campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You will manage monthly budgets from ₹50 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+, drive ROAS/ROI improvements, and develop full-funnel paid marketing strategies.

A data-driven approach and independence in paid acquisition are essential. The role is on-site in Indore, with 3–5 years of experience and a salary up to ₹35k per month.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Experience with D2C or ecommerce brand.
• Experience managing ₹50 Lakh–₹1 Crore+ budgets.
• Strong ROI/ROAS track record.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from ₹50 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, ROI, CPA, CAC, CTR and conversions.
• Develop and execute full-funnel paid marketing strategies.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets and creatives.
• Work closely with the creative team to guide ad concepts, hooks, formats, and creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining strong ROI.
