Role Description

The Meta Ads Expert will manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network) to drive performance aligned with client objectives. This full-time on-site role, based in Rajasthan, India, involves designing and implementing campaign strategies, setting up ad sets, conducting A/B tests, and managing budgets to maximize ROI. The role includes analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. The Meta Ads Expert will collaborate with the wider marketing team to align targeting, messaging, and creatives, coordinate landing pages and tracking, and stay current with Meta advertising policies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, bidding, and optimization.
• Proficiency in performance analysis using tools such as Meta Analytics, Google Analytics, and other reporting dashboards.
• Experience collaborating on ad creatives and copy, with an understanding of what drives engagement and conversions on social platforms.
• Knowledge of broader digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to conduct A/B testing, interpret data, and make evidence-based decisions to improve campaign outcomes.
