Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from ₹50 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, ROI, CPA, CAC, CTR and conversions.
• Develop and execute full-funnel paid marketing strategies.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets and creatives.
• Guide ad concepts, hooks, formats, and creatives with the creative team.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining strong ROI.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert who can independently manage and scale high-budget Meta advertising campaigns for a D2C/E-commerce brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of generating profitable returns and optimizing campaigns for revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.

• Proven experience managing ₹50 Lakh-₹1 Crore+ advertising budgets.
• Strong track record of achieving good ROI/ROAS.
• Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI, retargeting, and attribution.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Good understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer acquisition.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of paid acquisition.
