Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Fine Acers' business objectives.
• Lead overall brand positioning, communication and marketing initiatives across projects.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant online platforms.
• Drive qualified lead generation through performance marketing, digital campaigns and integrated marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion metrics and marketing ROI.
• Develop project-specific marketing strategies for new launches, ongoing campaigns and investor-focused initiatives.
• Strengthen Fine Acers' brand presence across digital, social, offline and event-led channels.
• Manage customer engagement strategies across different stages of the marketing and sales funnel.
• Coordinate closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, follow-up effectiveness and conversion.
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning, digital communication and brand consistency.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, investor events, exhibitions and other marketing initiatives.
• Manage agency partners, vendors, designers, digital teams and other external marketing resources.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insight studies to identify new opportunities.
• Establish structured reporting systems for campaign performance, lead generation and marketing effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimise spending across channels.
• Support management with marketing insights, business intelligence and recommendations for growth.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals with:

• 8-15 years of relevant marketing experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality or premium consumer-facing industries.
• Strong experience in brand management and strategic marketing.
