Job summary

Flipkart is seeking a Senior Manager (Grade G12) for Zonal Operations in Binola. You will lead Grocery Sourcing Hub zonal operations, design and operationalize fulfillment centers, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the distribution network.

What Youll Need

• 15+ years of experience in operations and supply chain.
• Proven experience in scaling up operations or managing greenfield scale-ups.
• Strong bias for impact-based action in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical approach to problem-solving with a metrics-driven focus.
• Focus on building a culture of frugality without compromising safety or customer satisfaction.
• Ability to think creatively, lead others, and drive change to achieve results.

• Knowledge of fulfillment/sortation operations, including high-speed conveyor systems and automated equipment.
• Background in leading teams of 500+ operators and staff, including industrial relations management.
• Strong change management skills across processes, policies, training, and systems.
