Flipkart Group is seeking an Associate Director (Grade G13) to lead Zonal Operations for the Grocery Sourcing Hub in Hyderabad. You will design and operationalize fulfillment centers, monitor MH operations, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the distribution network.

The role demands 15+ years in operations and supply chain, a proven track record in scaling up greenfield ventures, and strong change management to drive efficiency while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

• Quick Commerce Industry Background: Prior experience working in the quick commerce sector, with understanding of its unique operational challenges and fast-paced environment.
• People Management Skills: Demonstrated capability as a people manager, with experience in leading teams, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of ownership.
• Regional Language Awareness: Familiarity with regional languages to effectively engage with diverse workforce and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
