Job summary

Hyrix is seeking a seasoned Training & Development professional in India’s Pune region to lead end-to-end L&D initiatives. The role emphasizes project management, cross-team coordination, and continuous improvement within the RCM domain.

The candidate will design and deliver training programs, develop metrics dashboards, and collaborate with leadership to meet organizational learning needs. Shift flexibility and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of RCM domain experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies.
• Willing to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Excellent organization and project management; aggressive planning, organizing, coordinating, negotiating, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
• Strengthen internal processes for communications, needs identification, and reporting dashboards and metrics.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements and drive team to implement such projects.
• Design and facilitate Training Programs.
• Delivery of Batches in adherence to timelines.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis.
• Training Metrics and Performance Dashboards.
• Content Development & Knowledge Management.
• Evaluate effectiveness of Training Interventions.
• Lead all training improvement projects and liaise with leadership to address training needs.
• Organize continuous improvement programs for existing employees.
• Conduct TTT programs for trainers & supervisors.
• Design Leadership Training Courses.
• Work with L&D to share best-in-class learning solutions.
• Maintain and enhance Training Policies and Procedures.
• Staff recruitment interviews participation and domain hiring tests.
