Job summary

Guideline Inc. in Pune, Maharashtra invites an experienced Training & Development leader to drive design, delivery and governance of learning programs.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, build dashboards, and push continuous improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in RCM, strong leadership, excellent communication, and expertise in process improvement methods like Six Sigma or Kaizen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in RCM domain experience.
• Extensive knowledge of RCM industry.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Kaizen.
• Open to work in shift.

Responsibilities

• Excellent organization and project management, including aggressive planning, organizing and cross-team coordination.
• Strengthen internal processes for communications, needs identification, and reporting dashboards and metrics.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements and drive implementation.
• Design and deliver Training Programs for batches within timelines.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis.
• Maintain Training Metrics and Dashboards.
• Content Development and Knowledge Management.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training interventions.
• Lead training improvement projects with leadership alignment.
• Plan continuous improvement programs for existing employees.
• Conduct TTT programs for trainers and supervisors.
• Design Leadership Training Courses.
• Work with L&D to share best-in-class learning solutions.
• Maintain and enhance Training Policies and Procedures.
• Participate in staff recruitment interviews and develop domain hiring tests.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Excellent organization and project management skills- this will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
• Strengthen internal processes for communications, needs identification, internal facilitator management and reporting dashboards and metrics.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements and drive team to implement such projects.
• Responsible to design and facilitate Training Programs Delivery of Batches in adherence to times lines
• Conducting Training Needs Analysis
• Training Metrics and Performance Dashboards
• Content Development& Knowledge Management
• Evaluate effectiveness of Training Intervention
• Responsible to lead all the training improvement projects
• Liaison with leadership team and other senior staff to address training needs
• Planning and organizing continues improvement program for Existing employees
• Conducting TTT programs for trainers & supervisors
• Designing Leadership Training Courses
• Work strategically with L&D team to identify and share best-in-class learning solutions
• Maintain and enhance Training Policies and Procedures
• Active participation in staff recruitment interviews, created domain hiring tests for new hires
