ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

• Own quality governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement for RCM processes.
• Handle client calls & reviews, present insights, root cause analysis, and improvement plans.
• Lead and mentor AMs / Quality teams.
• Drive audit readiness, compliance, and closure of findings (CAPA).
• Identify and implement automation & transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Training to close skill gaps and improve performance.
• Deliver data-driven reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years in RCM with strong Quality leadership experience.
• Experience in client handling, audits, and team management.
• Exposure to automation / transformation initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma / quality certifications preferred.

Physical Demands

Regular eye‑hand coordination and manual dexterity are required to operate office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6‑8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. Team members may be required to sit for prolonged periods and, infrequently, lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. The job may involve elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
